Calibrating the Sensors

Modified on Mon, Jul 29 at 8:20 PM

Important - Airmonitor Plus is equipped with a high-precision non-dispersive absorption infra-red (NDIR) gas sensor, which must be calibrated to ensure accurate readings.

1) Power Up: Press the rear button to turn on the Airmonitor. If the alarm sounds, press the button twice quickly to silence.  It can be re-enabled after calibration.

2) Ventilate: Place the Airmonitor in a ventilated area, such as outside, for 5 minutes.

3) Calibrate: Press the rear button three times quickly. You will hear a beep indicating the                 calibration process has started. After a few seconds, it will be complete and ready for use.

4) Additional Calibrations: Temperature and humidity sensors will calibrate automatically over             the next few hours.

Alarm sounding? Press the button twice to silence it.  The alarm settings can be accessed in the Breathe Tech App
